In this post i provide you one action file + 1 pattern file + one brush file

How to use

To use the action you can use Photoshop from Photoshop cs4 to Photoshop cc2020.
01. First of all you have to download it from my given link.
02. After downloading, you have to extract winrar file.
03. After that you have to open Photoshop.
04. Now you have to load the file of action and brush and pattern inside Photoshop.
05. To load this files, you can watch my tutorial video.
06. You will open your photo inside Photoshop after the action is loaded.
07. After that you have to create a new layer and name that layer Brush.
08. Just select new brush layer and fill any color in photo where you want to apply effect
09. after fill color you should play action
